Unfortunately, our software does not support the VAG-COM interface. Our DashCommand software (currently) works with ELM interfaces, and our PCMSCAN software supports many different types, including ELM, J2534, & Autotap interfaces.

I really do appreciate that it can embed easily, but I am hopeless at figuring that out. It took me 8 months to figure out how to get my ADS USB FM tuner integrated into Road Runner (& still it doesn't work fully). I imagine this would be just as hard. I have my obdii software working on my carpc thru my elm compatible interface, and just use that alone. I imagine a skin as something like what u did above, with the buttons for main menu, simple audio controls, an maybe a song/radio station header at the top, as a file I can remap one of the main screen buttons to. To to create the skin & integrate it into Road Runner is way beyond me... That's why I said, if somebody made a skin of that, I would buy the software, because that is something I can handle. Especially, since it looks like it is 1/2 price now.

Excuse me for not doing my research, but will your hardware work with CANBUS? Specifically a Citroen C4 2005 model. I would be very interested if it did...

Looks nice but for me is not useable because do not show right values for rpm... When I have 1000rpm this software show 250rpm. I have ELM 237... Is posible where change or delete divider rpm by 4 in software?

Is that because your refresh rate is too slow, or becuase you are trying to display too much info at once and the cpu cannot handle it ?

This is because software when receive data from OBD divide value which receive by 4... Im try connect to OBD with hyperterminal and request rpm and convert value from HEX to dec and I get real values in this software show me values divided by 4... So is posible where configure something like calibration? Because Im looking to buy software which have gauges and I can calibrate values... I can write application(in Delphi) but without gagues, so this don't help me...

Suggest you purchase a copy of PCMSCAN and this will save you a lot of hassle!

If you want to get from a European Supplier you can download from our web-site (http://www.ukobd.co.uk/gstore/store/...p?idProduct=89)

I believe our software is reporting the correct values - otherwise I think we would have had many many customer complaints over the years.

In your case, I think I know where the confusion is coming from. You see, the vehicle reports the RPM in quarters of an RPM. So you have to divide by 4 to get the Engine Speed in whole numbers. If you are requesting it manually through hyperterminal, then you are actually seeing RPM times 4.

That is a very simple gauge layout, and very easily reproducible using our DashXL™ technology.

If someone else has a picture of some other software's dashboard, please post up. I may have some free time over the Christmas break to do another sample DashXL dashboard.

I will say in this way. This software doesen't work right with my car. You can see on photos that doesn't show right values and Im shure that my car on idle don't run with 200-240rpm. So Im looking for software where I can "calibrate" this values...

P.S. by hyperterminal I ger values of real rpm so I get 800-900

What hardware do I need for this to work with my carputer setup? Can I use any cable? I download your software. Also can it work within streetdeck frontend or out side the program only?
