The Nissan systems don't measure boost at all! They measure airflow and air temp.
Hence why its called a Mass Air Flow system.
EGT also needs extra electronics and AFAIK isn't going to happen with Nissan Consult hardware... It would be easier fitting a new ECU like a GEMS setup to do what you want

Which cars don't measure boost? Most cars have a map sensor even if it's not highly weighted by the ecu. It's easy to add one if there isn't. Thermocouples are a little more difficult but any tuner worth paying should know how to do those.
Just about every auto sensor reports in 0-5v, there are daughter boxes on the market now that will collect and log this data. I'm not sure how to build something similar to xmit via usb or similar interface. If all you want to do is display it should be as simple as a wafer board and lcd display.

i stumbled into some interesting software when i was looking through all the crap my boss brought back from sema www.magden.us seems to be pretty promising on the eyes, but because they are just releasing their product there is no downloadable software yet, their website does have a download section but it says "coming soon"
at present time it looks like they are selling the whole package as computer and software

How can you say 'most cars have a map sensor'?!?
Mine Nissan's SR20DET hasn't! There are two systems commonly in use today - MAP, and MAF.
My old Rover T16 engine had a MAP sensor, but no MAF sensor, its usually one or the other, not both!
An airflow system has no need to know boost pressure, Boyles law tells us that pressure, volume, and temperature are all constrained to one another so off volume and temperature, pressure can be calculated.
MAF systems are generally more accurate and hence why most modern cars use MAF setups and not MAP systems.
I advise you to go do some reading

My motor(LS1) has both MAF and MAP stock - kind of a surprise coming from GM, engineers must have got it by the bean counters somehow

i too have a map and maf sensor on my stilo jtd.
ppe did you figure out why software when run on the jtd shows the wrong figures? as mine seems to show idle at 212rpm and speed at 158mph while standing. i would say it isnt obd compliant but it is a 2005 05 car?? would really like this kind of software but the readings would be useless?

It is showing those values because that is what the vehicle is reporting back. In most software, you are stuck with the values the vehicle sends back. But using our PCMSCAN software and our script parameters you can correct these problems as you find them.

I have a tuner (programs ECU through OBD-ii) that I currently use to read OBD-ii data... It's an SCT X-calibrator2. Would this be compatible with DashCommand/DashXL, or whatever it is I need to get custom gauges? I have SCT LiveLink which can display some graphs and gauges, but the appearance is not customizable and it's ugly.
Also... after paying $400 for a tuner, I'm a little reluctant to spend another $100+ on a OBD-ii reader if my tuner can already do it...

Do I read that as a "NO"?
I already have PCM SCan with Dash XL. So trying to interpret what you wrote, I do not need to but Dash Command to embed my PCM Scan into Road Runner?

Correct. But it can be made on the carPC really easily. I am actually making a skin for FCC right now that looks just like that because it is so popular.

I also have a xcal2. I have it for my Cougar, I also bought the pro racer package for it. i was wondering the same thing about the compatiability. I am going to be looking at a inovative wideband for my car also. I am doing the research for a car-puter but mainly for the feedback from the car through the gauges and real time datalogging. The music and movies part of the puter will mainly be for shows.
