Question on a possible mod...and more of course

Is there something embedded in the GPS maps that tells the speed limit? Is this this possible, and if it is is there a way to create a digimod that has a speed limit popup reminder?

Just thought this would be an interesting addition if it is at all possible.

Man am goign to have start learning to code, these are some of my ideas I would like to work on (if anyone has any input or direction to point me in it would be helpful)

1. Napster Plugin-- There is a part of WMP store that has an embedded napster, I would like to figure out how I could control this within the realm of WMP in SD

2. A tagging feature to replace the Record feature in XM

3. Outlook/Email plugin

4. Notepad (gesture writing)

5. Oil/Gas tracker

6. GPS --->goolemaps tracker

7. Stable Google POIS plugin

8. A way to implement Album /Artist info fully in XM pictures et al

9. a winamp plugin just to see if it will work better than WMP

10. GPS/ Broadband gprs modem status plugin that shows on selected

11. Skype Plugin

Iguidance 4.0 has it built in, there's a little beep that goes off when you go over the limit and the box that shows your speed turns red
