I may have to give this a whirl. Time to fire up the SD demo.

Awesome
Got it running...
Great Job man... Where can we donate?
Are you planning on developing further? Adding functionality such as current song info on the home screen?
Thx again!

I am, but I'm waiting for the 1.0.6.2 to be finalized and God_Of_CPU to post a media manger example for the new API.

I got my SIR-ALP1 and Rush2112.net hardware up and running today. The plugin works like a champ!
It would be awsome if Streetdeck could get the artist/song info and channel logo pulled into other modules.
Let me know where I can donate!

Maybe a dumb question but will this mod work with the SIR-JVC? I already have this for my JVC headunit that I am trying to completely replace with SD.

I believe it will, but I'm not 100% certain.
I recommend going to http://www.rush2112.net and asking there.

I've had this Sirius Mod working well for a few months now, but one problem persists: I'm stuck using the analog sound from the ALP-1 because my soundcard won't give me SPDIF (in) to Analog (out).
Is this even possible? Anyone doing this succussfully?
I have tried this on two USB soundcards: Turtle Beach Roadie, and a generic USB device I can't remember the name of. I've searched for this in the Hardware forum and not found any solution. Then wrote to Turtle Beach and they said it should be possible, but didn't elaborate on settings.
Thanks for any help, if necessary I will post this in the Hardware forum.

Hi. I'm having a problem with Sirius that hopefully someone can help me with.
I just installed streetdeck and the sirius digitalmod, but there's no sound. It looks like it's working fine, but it's not unmuting the line-in, which is where my sat signal comes from. Is it the wrong input? Can it be changed?
Thoughts?

Okay, so I figured out to run the satellite wizard even though sirius isn't native and XM is. Now I'm having a new problem.
Sirius works fine, but when I switch from sirius back to playing mp3s, it doesn't mute the sirius; I end up hearing both the sirius feed and the mp3s.
Thoughts?

There is a button on the Sirius screen (lower right corner) that toggles the sound from the ALP-1. Try that.

Yeah, that does it. But that's weak. Isn't there a way to make the switch happen automatically?

OKay, now the sirius isn't resuming after hibernate. I can only get it back by shutting down streetdeck entirely and restarting it. (Not rebooting the computer, just streetdeck)
Anyone know why...?

Okay, so now I've got it all working fine. It resumes after hibernate and everything. I hope you all have the latest version which does that.
But now that I've installed the Streetdeck GPS, I keep getting kicked out of the Sirius module (audio keeps playing) whenever the car is in motion and I get red text saying I cannot use this while the vehicle is in motion. How do I get around that?
