Drivers ELM 327 USB

Hi, I just installed my OBDII cable, but i can not find the drivers anywhere...
it's an ELMscan 327...
I searched for the drivers (on scantool.net) but the ones I downloaded from there don't have a setup file included, and when i let windows search the drivers in the folder I extracted the files to, windows cannot find any...
I'm using windows XP

can anyone help me?

ps: it's an elmscan with USB

Have you checked your installation disk for the driver?

You should contact the seller and inquire which USB chipset your unit is using.

usually, when you find a solution to an issue, posting that solution is generally beneficial, especially for the other members of the fourm. For instance, this guy could have used the link: http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/1160678-post13.html
