Will the OBDPro scan tool work with this software. or what software could I use to make modifications to a ford PCM.

OK, despite it not being supported....

....FMP -> DOES <- work with Australian Falcons. In fact, it's got data for the upcoming 'Orion' car as well. It works fine with BA, BA MkII, BF and BF Mk II. It also works with SX and SY Territories. I can reflash the PCM (although with the Mongoose this requires putting 15-18V on the FEPS pin manually), install modules, and do a limited amount of module programming - Cluster Police Mode, HIM Reprogram etc - but NO Audio Security recode, reading of DTC's or PIDS.

FMP runs almost identical code to the IDS. In fact, so identical, that one might be tempted to get IDS running using a Mongoose..... with various >cough< levels of success....
