OBD2 Code: PO135: Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction

Dear all,
I'm new to auto mechanics, I really need your help.

I have a 1997 Honda Civic. A while ago, I ran into a car accident, the front hood had replaced. Since then, the Check Engine light never went off. I use OBD2 reader pulls out the following data.
Could someone tell me what is wrong with my car?

P0135 --
Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
Bank 1 Sensor Pending DTC (S) Detected During Current or Last Completed Driving

Oxygen Sensor Data 1
Bank 1 Sensor 1 1.19 V
Short Term Fuel Trim 1.6 % Rich

Bank 1 Sensor 2 0.975 V
Short Term Fuel Trim 1.6 % Rich

While this is a site for car computers, I am a technician and I will tell you that you need an upstream O2 sensor. Hondas are prone to heater failure in their O2 sensors. They(O2 sensors) do not work until they reach 600 degrees so car manufacturers put heaters in them to warm them quickly.

I have my Honda oxygen sensor replaced a week ago.... but how about different types/model like audi oxygen sensor? Do you know about it? Because my brother need a guy like you for his car... Is it the same procedure as Honda?

You would need to know the exact trouble code that was stored. Many things can affect the O2 readings, like vac. leaks and poor fuel quality. PM me the exact code and I will see what I can do for you.
