Which Mongoose for my Car? Drewtech?

Hello Everyone,
I am not to happy with the Autoenginuity interface I picked up a while ago, and want to replace it with a Mongoose - the Autoenginuity works very well, but propietary software, which is not that great for carputer use

Now, which one do I need.

I have an Australian BF Ford Falcon, 11-bit CANbus.

Do I need the:
1) Mongoose-Plus for Ford (M-PWMCAN-plus )
2)Mongoose for Ford (M-PWMCAN)
3)Mongoose - Asian/European (ISO/CAN)

I would appreciate feedback from Joey/DrewTech

Kind regards.

If your car has a CAN network, any of those three models could read engine data because they all support CAN. But only the first one (pwm/can+feps) provides the voltage required to reflash a Ford engine controller. It's a little more expensive, but if it were me I'd go for that one.

You're that keen on the FEPS Mr Bean? I'll be swinging the other way with the CAN/ISO version myself. I had response back from Motorcraft that non-US cars are not supported with their J2534 sofware, so there's not much out there yet.

Hey Lukeyson,
Yep, I had the same reply But ordered the FEPS anyway, as I have a friend that is developing his own software for the Mongoose +, and CarDaq, and I will be buying a copy from him.

I will keep you posted.
