elm interface fits vag cars?

I want to buy an obdII interface based on elm327, but I have a seat (vag group) and I don't know if it will work.

Will it work with vag-com?

You'll be able to see some information, but it won't be as detailed as the Vag-Com system.

Ok, but I still have two questions:

1. If I buy an elm interface, will it work with my SEAT car? I don't understand too much about the elm, can-bus ¿?

2. If I buy an elm interface, will it work with vag-com or only with centrafuse?

An extra question: would be possible that some software shows on my screen the data of the air conditioner? And to operate the air conditioner with any software?
