need help with odb-diag soft and odbpro hardware

hello all. i have the odbpro usb interface. which works well with everything else. configured to a specific com port 3.

but with odb-diag software. it won't connect and show a "avg not found" message even after i configured to the right com port.

thanks. anyone have this experience?

Try installing the version that is on the CD that came with the interface. That one does work.
