Sorry, but unfortunatly OBD1 wasn't a heavily regulated communications protocol by the U.S. or by SAE. It's going to be a crap shoot as to which one it uses and probably won't be supported by any of the current available hardware. But their is a slim chance (1 in a goggaplex) that it might be running ISO 9141-2 or KWP2000.

Hardware for VW 1992...

Is there anywhere i can find some cable / hardware to connect my car to a computer... USB or Serial port.
I also think this is called Eurovan... but there is no ODB-II on this car.
Only ODB-I (ODB-1)

There must be someone that know if there is any hardware for this.

You could try Evoscan, http://www.limitless.co.nz/EvoScan/

Although designed for Mitsubishi, the connector is available for JOBD, also I believe OBD1

If you are still looking for an OBD I connector, I have one that connects to a computer via USB connector. I purchased it for a car, but the car ended up having an OBD II connector.
Contact me and let me know if you still need one.

OBD 1 vehicles that don't have a data stream require whats called a "break-out-box" in order to get raw data traveling between the vehicle's sensors and the car's ECU/ECM. Breakout boxes are basicly vehicle specific test junctions that a tech would screw between the vehicle harnes and the ECU and give you easy access test points for the vehicles ECM (Have done it many times and I don't miss it at all). Basiclly you use it to get meter or ocilloscope readings at the ECU/ECM without backprobing. Break-out-boxes are expensive as the dickens, and are super bulky. I never seen one intergrated with a pc but maybe someday. OBD-2 onboard systems helped reduce the need for the dreaded break-out-box by leaps and bounds. But when it comes to an old OBD-1 car that don't have data streams, I don't know what else to tell you with this one . I'm not saying it can't be done with todays technology though. It just might not be easy.

Not sure what ECU's you would be looking to gain data from on this vehicle?

For every VW or Audi since 1991...

Try Vag-Com for all VW or Audi.
It works for my 1991 Audi S2.
You probably need an X2 adaptator to connecte your car to vag-com (as me)
