This is for those users who wish to start vag-scope automaticaly so that they can get live information for their carputer.

First off mods, this is a cross post but there is a reason...keep reading. I am posting this to three forumns linking back to one because I will be maintaining information and upgrading (possibly) the code and I have no intention of updating three different sites each time. If you wish to ban me, ok.

It will essentially allow you to automaticaly start vag-com, select the blocks you wish to read, and start vag-scope with one click. I am also working on a better front-end for vag-scope but that is a long time off because of the nasty design of their code.

Could those of you who have downloaded this post and verify that it works for you?

I tested it with my laptop and car, but I want to make sure it works for others

Also, add any feature requests so I can get ideas on what to do with it, if I ever finish with the vag-scope mod...gah.

sure. will test it after i get off work. i have a golf V GTi and has been hoping for something along this lines as well. i even turn to mobydic for it.

I just finished it. I am currently working on embedding it into road runner. If you do like it but don't want the readout I can recompile the code without the form window so that it just starts up vag-com for you. just let me know.

if you have any questions feel free to ask, this is all the code etc, but there is a compiled binary in the project.
