What do I need to display ODBII data on my car pc?

My car is a 2003 BMW 320D sport and I have been told the ODBII port is under a flap (with OBD stamped on it) by my right knee under the steering wheel...

What do I need to buy to connect this to my car PC?

I have tried a search for E46 ODBII but its all to confusing so apoloigies if this has been posted before.

Thanks
