cant locate OBD

Hi All

Please forgive this complete noob for silly question!
I am based in a India and own a Honda Accord 94 Model CB4 (Japanse made, auto transmission, 4 door, Sedan class) and recently got it screwed by a local Mechanic. The tuning of Auto Transmission has gone crazy and the RPM meter freaks. I referred to a more trained mechanic who said the OBD has to be done for tuning it back.

Now the problem is he has tried all spots but cant locate the OBD connector. I read over net that its behind Coin/Ash Tray but the mechanic dint find there as well. I am attaching 2 pictures of DashBoard... if anybody could please hep locating OBD connector I would be very grateful.

I use http://www.fixexpert.com/wiki/OBD-2+Location to fix any OBD2 port.

94, seem pre-odb2, but from the site, I see it should be Closed: In front of the shifter, behind the ash try.

Thanks Guys, mine is a RHD and I found DLC on passenger side below Dash. I thought DLC and OBD are 2 different thinks but it seems the only option I have is DLC. However I was not able to find the connector in scanner machine to connect to that 2 Pin DLC. So finally had to use a jumper on DLC and go for a self diagnostic.

Any hep about convertor for 2 pin to 3 pin for DLC?
