OBD II / CAN protocol

Hi,

I'm writing an application for mobile phones that is supposed to read and process data from the OBD II using a bluetooth connector.
I'm a complete noob at OBD II and CAN-bus.

Can you please direct me to usefull documentation and maybe even code samples that works with OBD II?

thanx
Guy

Buy a copy of SAE J1979 from the SAE.
Here's a list of changes in the last version:

For source example:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/scan...c.zip/download
Not compliant with the 2007 version of SAE J1979, but only the 2002 version.
