OBD II USB reader question

I have a 1997 mercury villager which is really a Nissan Quest. Which of these ebay OBD II readers is a better value?

Then it probably wont matter which one you buy. Just make sure it has support for ISO9141 protocol so it will work for you van.

Keep in mind, when you buy an ebay clone (the cheap knockoffs), they are not guaranteed to work. Always buy the real thing such as from scantool.net or mp3car's store.
