Actually, I hooked up and there were no error codes stored, so I have to believe that they were trying to scam me. Time to get the ol' word processor warmed up, I think the Better Business Bureau should hear about this. I wonder how many other people they've pulled this scam on?

Does anyone know how to read mutiple codes off the Actron CP9135 scanner? I went to autozone - the guyread the first code - cylinder misfire #1 - but it said "1 of 6" on the screen and the autozone guy did not know how to get the rest of the codes. How does one scroll thru the various codes on an Actron CP9135? Will it also display readiness codes?

On another note, which of these ODB-II units have an SDK or somthing similar so that perhaps at some stage it can be incorporated into one MediaCar/Engine or Frodoplayer?
VAG-COM says it has an SDK but when you download it you get one MFC header file with nothing useful in it. I have yet to find any docs on it either.

sorry to dig up this old thread....but..im trying not to n00b it up here--im an active flammer on other boards and trying to avoid it.
but im a little sketchy here......the br3 from obddiagnostics.com has the cool display, but only reads, resets and not much else...where as the VAG-COM reads, resets, has a display? and can modify your engine management if your computer alows it...
could i get some clarrification and has any one used this on a 6th gen accord v6? was engine management an option and were is a decent place to order vag-com system?
also saw this thread but still hangin...

hey man, have you looked into Hondata? Sounds like you're going to need a re-programmable ECU for what you want to do. Full-blown engine management will probably run you $1k miminum I'd think.

i wasd wondering if i could avoid the hondata bullet. I would love a hondata system (as would any honda fan) but its a costly endevour. my carputer and new head unit and system already ran me up a *few* hundred so hondata will have to wait i guess...
