My 185K miles engine just finished the "break in" period
I'll probably end up swapping out the bottom end and going with an AEM

hey, i put a TRD supercharger on my daily driven '95 v6 camry at 138k miles... s/c had a bad bearing and tore itself up within 10 months (40k miles) but got a new one under warranty - thankfully it didn't hurt the engine, i just didn't have boost for a couple weeks. when i sold the car (at 185k miles!!) i took off the supercharger and sold it seperately. it still had 170 psi dry compression on all 6 cylinders!
the friend i sold it to still drives it every day, and it has over 200k on it now. he keeps asking when i'm gonna have time to change the timing belt for him.
take care of em, and toyota engines last a long time!

Yeh, toyota engines last long I hear that swapping the bottom end is easier than swapping the engine and the head together... but first I want a manual tranny
