need help on which interface to get

Hi All
I have been reading these threads the last couple of days now but i need some help please......

I have an MG ZS 2002 model and i cant find out if i need to buy a ISO, VPW or PWM interface
Im going to get the OBD-II kit from http://www.digimoto.com/order.htm think i will use there software too or http://www.wgsoft.de/ theres seems good too

Also what i understand that this kit from Digimoto can not damage the ECU on my car, am i correct thinking this ????

Thanks in advance

Thanks for the reply back that documenthas been quite usefull...
thing is i have pins in 1,3,4,7,15 and 16 that i can see..

I guess that some of the pins wont be used but in that document they all need pin 5 which mine does not have

I would of thought that the car would have pin 5 as its the signal ground or is this not needed???
if its not needed does this mean that i have a ISO connect??

sorry for all the extra questions
