dumbass at obd stuff help me out

hey wahts up well ive posted here in the obd section a few times but never got a full on good response to help me out so ill start again

ive got a 1994 ford explorer xlt v6 4.0 which i think has obd1

ive got a full car pc setup installed in the car and its running well

i want to know if i can get info from my car onto my computer o2 sensor fuel sensor and **** like that

what do i need to do buy or make to get this info off and how can i do it?
