In need of help for gauges!

I need help being pointed in the right direction for software. I need to have a working setup in the next week for an escalade. The stock gauges need to be replaced with a touchscreen monitor. I am having trouble finding software for the odbII scan tools that will convert the info over to a guage. I need something that will display the mph, tach, fuel, temp, oil pressure, voltage, and any other useful info. It does not matter if the gauges have an analog look or a digital look. Any help will be very appreciated. I have just been searching for three hours and could not find anything, it does not matter if it has costs involved as long as it is reasonable. If you want to take out all the gauges and put in a LCD monitor then all you will have to have is an OBDII decoder to a computer. Then have the computer boot up to a custom layout program as your GUI. That is a lot of work and does not seem worth it and not reliable. you may want something more like this:

This is not for my vehicle, the computer in my cart is fine with one screen, but the guys car i need to do this to, wants screens all the way across the front of the dash, including one where the gauges go. I would be willing to do some custom work for someone that can make this happen for me, or pay them. I dont care if it runs off of linux or windows i have expierence with both. I would just program it myself but i dont know much about programming.
