Thumbs down Which OBDII is compatible?

Guys,

I've got a Fiat Stilo 2005 and bought a ELM ISO reader.
Although the OBD cable was made by myself, it seems to be ok.

It blinks during the initialization and when I submit a command but don't respond to my requests.

Every compatibility list I read says Stilo 2002 is ISO compliant, but I'm not sure if mine is compliant too.
Does anybody knows the answer?

Thanks

True, but he wrote "ISO". Fiat, like the most European cars, works over ISO Protocols.

I was thinking of buying my brother's Stilo, and building a complete Carputer in it, also with an ELM Iso reader.

Can't get you more info because I never used it, and I do not own the car yet^^

I think he has bought his Stilo in 2004
