I'm not sure how you ouput the data in your program, but is there anyway of designing a plugin to work with a custom Frontend.
I use Centrafuse, which has a built in ODBII page. Assuming it pulls its data from a particular source, could EvoScan be set to output its data in a way that the ODBII tool would recognise. XML? (Obvioulsy some of the fields would be out, but MUTII is quite similar)
Currently I have to minimise my frontend to use EvoScan, which is a bit fiddly to use on a touchscreen.
Thanks

evoscan
Evoscan is a datalogging program. Are you looking for a program that will pull ses or check engine light codes on your car?
I use a tactrix cable that connects my obd2 connector to my laptop. With it connected, I can flash my car (using ecuflash), log my car (using evoscan), and pull ses or service engine soon light codes using OBD Scantech. Link is posted below, but you'll need to register in order to download.

Thank you for your reply.
I wrote to the technical support of EvoScan and they answered me, that elm327 readers will be supported in EvoScan 2.4. But when they will release it, I don't know, maybe in summer.

evoscan 2.4
Hamish has been working hard on updating evoscan. Right now the last version that has been released is version 2.1, but he announced that he will be distributing out new versions more frequently. This is the best datalogging program available for evos, I highly recommend it. It's very affordable as well.

I think, that for subaru this programs is great to. I don't know anything better.
Does anybody tried to use EvoScan with Subaru? And who knows, does the gauges looks natural? (I mean, does the response time of ECU is enough for smooth rotation of arrows?)

evoscan
The movement of the arrows when using the gauge layouts is okay, although it will never outmatch the smoothness of the stock and aftermarket gauges just for the sole reason of mechanical vs virtual gauges. Plus if you're displaying them on your carputer monitor, you probably have to keep glancing over at the screen as opposed to the stock gauges which are sitting right there in front of you.
Instead of the needle type gauges, evoscan also offers digital gauges which show the ascending and descending numbers instead of the needle. There's a gauge layout in version 2.1 that looks like the panel from Michael J. Fox's car in the movie back to the future. Looks really nice.
For my setup, I am using road runner with DFX 3.0. I run evoscan as an external application and looks and works great.
