1997 Mazda MX6

Hi

This is officially my first post but i have done a load of research on this site. Brilliant and very helpful.

Anyways, i got a Mazda MX6 running a prototype Carpc

(Im still gonna upgrade if all goes well) im looking at info on the Elmscan Scantool. Does it support Mazda MX6? If it does. YAAAYYY! Where do i find the ECU in my car? (I need to know where to plug it in)

Another question, is it possible to disable the car using a tool connected to ecu? like for example, upon shutdown, 'write' to ECU to say, maybe get all sparkplugs to not fire. Upon startup, Enter password, and carPC 'writes' the correct value to get the sparkplugs to fire again.

I Would say the startup time would be a downer on this, but hey, security would be great.
