can someone instruct me on how to set this software up?

Hey guys...I was wondering if someone can give me instructions on how to set this software up...I also need to set-up a network for the desktop and the car...I dont know much about networking and all that stuff...

the network part im not gonna get into.. too much potential troubleshooting...

however, the software is easy.. you install the server part of the software on your home pc.. then you install the client on your car-pc

on the server you have to tell it what folders to sync up with all clients... you also tell it what the destination is on the client..

its very straightforward....

and as far as the network goes.. I suggest you get a wireless network kit form somewhere like best buy or compusa.. they usually come with everything you would need as well as decent instructions...

yeah i have set up the folders and all that stuff but nothing happens...I have all the hardware such as router and usb wifi...Thanks for the help...I guess i will have to figure it out for myself since noone else has responded to my post...

Have you configured IP addresses and user id / password on the client side? Are you getting any error messages?

Start with the basics, can you access the source folder from the carPC?
