ezsync -now remains in taskbar

congratulations. great and useful piece of software. very easy to install and to use. this is how software is supposed to be.

but only one minor thing i noticed. i am using the -now option to call ezsync from outside via .bat file (when internet access is detected). the problem is that the client window stays minimized in the taskbar after successfull sync. this everytime ezsync -now is called though eating memory on my rather small sized 512mb carputer. why that? are there any other options to a) completely shutdown (remove from taskbar and memory) or b) to reuse the minimized application next time a sync is being called via ezsync -r

It sounds like when used with the -now option the application isn't terminating properly. Can you try running ezsync -now without any batch files or anything, just from the command prompt, and see if it still behaves the same. If it does, can you then post your config from ezsynccli.ini and I'll try and reproduce it.

started ezsync -now 3 times from the commandline and have now 3 clients in the taskbar (3 guis). they each ping and synchronize but never go away

ini file looks as following

Can you check the version of ezsync.exe you have. It should be 393,728 bytes 2nd October 2005, 12:44

version is 1.92 - 2nd of mai 2005 and size is 368'128 bytes. hmm where do i get the one with your dates?

on your site only version 1.92 from may 05 is available for download. where can i get 1.94. would appreciate very much. cheers.

Well done.

1.92 did not have the -now functionality so it just ignored it and hence remained in the taskbar.
