I thought so, right now my biggest problem is finding a store that actually both have them and will ship to Denmark :-(

You are probably not going to find a store that will have both...but not that big a deal. Most good stores will ship to denmark if you call or email them and are willing to pay the charges. You just won't be able to use the automated checkout.

Sounds like you will have a similar system to me. Get ready to have some real horsepower under your dash...that T7500 is a beast for a carPC...and runs cool too!

Good project! am starting a similar one with an Evalue 3.5" board in a wood case, but board manual is confusing about connections for power, see thread here.
Galvitron, do you know of any other suppliers of the mpegbox DSX12VD...? cost a fortune to ship to Australia from mp3car store...
cheers

I haven't had any issues. What exactly is your problem? Windows not installing?

The problem is that the BIOS is not detecting a regular old sata 3.5" drive, and so neither does windows, i tried a regular IDE drive, which works fine, right now i have a 2,5" disk connected on IDE cable, and i installed windows with no problem, hopefully my 2,5" sata will work better than the Maxtor sata 3,5" drive i tested with. I was just wondering if sata somehow had to be enabled somewhere in the BIOS...i saw one menu with something like SATA Mode : IDE...and no other options, which got me wondering ?

I remember having to fiddle with it a bit but getting it working after a few tries. I had a cable loose once if I recall correctly. I kept going into the BIOS to the drive list and hitting ENTER on the word Auto for that drive and eventually it detected it. I think I had to disconnect my IDE CDROM first...then reconnect it after the SATA was detected. You will definitely want to fiddle with that BIOS setting until it works.
