Look, my point was that he was condescending towards another "ricer" when his car qualifies as a ricer. I would have definitely recieved a "ricer citation" for my old car:
At least the exhaust actually sounded good, and not a "fart can" like a lot of people do.
I just find it funny he was talking down about another ricer:

That would be like me pulling up next to another PT, and making fun of it, or a guy in a corvette pulling up next to tuned mustang. If you're in the same category, there's no point in making fun of the other car.
Again, I'm all for customizing cars, but I just believe that there should be a point to the modification. If you really love the two tone and those rims, well you are right, it's your money, and that's your choice, but to claim you ricer is better than another is subjective.
BTW, there's a lot better things you can do with that money, invest it. Seriously, my dad is retired Air Force, and that's one big thing he wished he could have done when he was young becuase they don't pay that well after you're out. Again, it's your money, do what you want with it.
Just stop being the pot and calling the kettle black.

Not to sound pi$$y, but being in the military has nothing to do with being a ricer. That cant be your generic answer to everything. They are completely different subjects and neither I agree with...
As to Nexson, make a new thread for "Part 2". I personally love your work, even though I may not like the application. Keep up the great work!

Your right Toast, But being in the military, you find hobbies that can take your mind away from the grind (far, far away). Certain MOS's cause for months away from a normal civilian life and when the opportunity rears it head we jump. Be it tuning, audiophile, or drawing etc. So these kids today have a new passion for cars and this "Rice" thing is it. "Lead, Follow, or get outta the way" was my motto
Handle your biz Morp. Nexson, keep up the good work man.

You don't sound pi$$y. I agree that being in the military and being a ricer are different; I mentioned them separately. If you don't agree with either of them, that's okay; the forum isn't about agreeing or even appreciating other people's work. I said I think he ought to get a break, but, realistically, I think everyone ought to get a break from flames.
When someone shows me their work and it's not what I like, I just say it's "out of this world." They think I mean it's heavenly, and I think I mean it's unearthly, so we're both happy.
Nexson's work, on the other hand, is simply wonderful. I'd be proud to have it in my car.

How do you make the small openings for the buttons to pop through so perfectly square and smooth?
