It could be the mix ratio, but Dynatron is a one-to-one ratio, so that's pretty hard to screw up.
Maybe it's temperature. If you're using epoxy material in cold temperatures, it takes a lot longer to cure.
Maybe it's the mixing. I don't have experience specifically with Dynatron, but I've use several other two-component materials, and it's critical to follow the instructions precisely. If they say to "mix for two minutes, even if it looks mixed before that", then do just as they say. No shortcuts. If the material wasn't mixed well enough, you have some parts -- those that are still tacky -- that didn't get enough catalyst mixed with them. They may never cure without it.
The instruction sheet should also provide guidance on heat curing. It'll tell you if application of low heat will speed curing, and it will probably specify a maximum temperature.
