Wood structure to dash piece fab
i am building a recessed box for my monitor to attach to on one side, and the other side attach to the opening in my dash. i don't think ill have any trouble gluing the plastic to the wood (just using some good epoxy with a hair drier to get it to flow better), my next question is where to go from there.
after i have securely glued my monitor to the wood, do i start adding the evercoat metal-glaze? i know that is a filler, do i need to add anything else to my structure before adding the filler?
--could/should i add more strength by using epoxy putty?
--any other ideas?
