Looks OEM -- fine job. And you couldn't pick a better guy to emulate.

I know this is probably the wrong place to ask, but do you have any other info on the integration? Did you input to factory stereo (I see it's still there below the unit).

Yes I kept the factory stereo and used a small aux device to get the audio from PC to Stereo...I'll find some time to explain tonight or tomorrow night....

I'm impressed! That paint turned out VERY OEM! (as did the entire project, but from the pic angles, the paint looks surprisingly perfect!)

The paint looks just like OEM and even better in my opinion, the only thing that bothers me is that I didn't quite finished my bezel the way I wanted....I'll have to get back on it when summer comes back!! Thanks for the comment man, I appreciate!!

Here's what I used to route my sound from my OEM Stereo to my carPc

1 : http://www.logjamelectronics.com/piex3hon03.html

2: http://www.amazon.com/PIE-X3-Triple-.../dp/B000PHHPSI

Simply pick the right model for you needs....and thats it!

Ok, THREAD REVIVAL!! (its ok since its mine )

With all the background and knowledge I gained with this Mp3Car forum, I took everything a part and started my BEZEL again

This time I'm integrating a MacMini into the Glove Box and going for the Navi Display Bezel.

I'm still using the same product Dynatron 660 which is the best product I tried so far for plastic!!

So here is a teaser of my new bezel that will probably be finished and installed next week

Preparation and first Dyantron work

After shape is ready....PRIMER!

Test fit 1

Test fit 2

Now, I need to work on the details, there's couple holes here and there but nothing major...it will all disapear with the next sanding step

I'll simply shape a little bit again with grid 80 and move on to grid 220...when all will be good I'll wetsand with some 1000 and then I'll be ready for PRIMER + PAINTING

Its all a process from here!

Take a block to that right side edge with some 220, it looks a little off
