1.) Welcome!

2.) Yes. Quite a few have put CarPuters (or TruckPuters) in their OBS Chevy/GMC's.

3.) Type R's require more airspace and a ported enclosure... Properly setting up a single 10" is a chore for the center console. Two is pretty much impossible.

4.) No pics are showing.

5.) You are in luck though for mounting a decent-sized LCD into your dash! The 95 is a great dash to do this to, since it's the first year for the Gen II interior, and they weren't real sure what to do with it... The ashtray assembly is big enough to hide/mount your HVAC controls, leaving your entire dash area for a screen. (I'm rounding up 95 parts to do this in my Tahoe)

6.) I've seen many installs in the OBS (old body style) Chevy/GMC's on here. Some slick installs. Another source would be www.fullsizechevy.com (though the stuff there isn't computer geared at all).

You never found that link, did you? Why? It's hard to find in the NavBar across the top of the forums, amongst a lot of other crap.

TELL MP3CAR YOU WANT A LINK TO THE FAQ IN A MORE OBVIOUS, NOTICABLE LOCATION HERE.
