I bought some LED-lit toggle switches from this site, the optional military style switch guards were a nice touch:

For switch labels, I bought a couple electroluminescent strips (can't remember from where, maybe ebay?) then laid out & printed the labels on thicker transparency sheets, cut & glued it over the strip.
