paint on fiberglass

i have used fiberglass to make my fascia, + polyester putty to correct imperfections.
so some areas have fiberglas and some areas have putty. i sanded everything.

1. does regular acrylic spray paint stick to fiberglass?
or should i prime it first?

2. do i need to sand the prime?? (is prime sandable) and then reprime? how many coats usually?
