Hi Guys, I'm sorry if the question is so stupid.
What is bondo?
I'm from hungary and I can't find on the net, and even in a dictionary.
Anyone can explain me what is it?

Thanks

A type of body filler. When you have a dent, you sand off the paint in and around the dent and mix the filler with a hardner. Then you spread it over the dent. It will quickly harden. Then you sand it flat.

Bondo is a brand name for a type of body filler. Its also come to mean body filler in general (like kleenex is to tissue). Its basically an putty like epoxy. Part resin part hardener, mix em together and you get this pasty goooy goodness that is great for fillinig dents and other bulking up jobs.

I did a full backseat area with tin foil then tape and then put on a very thin layer of PAM and the entire thing (3 layers) just popped out after letting it set for 24 hrs. Other people have said to use wax which I am going to try next time.
Check out www.fiberglassforums.com ... great site.
