Trimmed bezel.


Now to sand down and then start using the filla, followed by sanding. repeat.

Have to see how it turns out, and how much work it is. I shall be using the mould to make another one as I go along, can't hurt to have two on the go at the same time in case I screw up big time with one.

The only issue I would see is that the screen might not be in the same place for you. Even if it's out by a couple of millimeters it will make a big difference.


As for fixing it, not sure, may be a case of letting friction do the job. But also looking at the possibility of putting two screws through the top into the air vent. The air vent already has two screws to fix that, so take them out and replace with longer ones.
