Check a few posts down in the Fabrication forum... you'll find my thread on finding a good plastic adhesive:

http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/fabrication/28049-best-plastic-adhesive-filler.html

I've gone and used the Fusor stuff, and it seems to work fairly well. It's messy, but it cures fast and firm, and sands to a smooth finish.

Someone else recommended a product called "Rigid Filler" made by Dominion. It appears to do a very good job as well. Check out it being used here (try the Misc Work column): http://hzemall.com

my favorite is CA (seey-ay), its short for cyranoacrilate or something like that. you can get it with kicker in a spray bottle, makes the glue dry instantly, if the 1-15 second cure time is too long for you.

it doesnt break polymers and repolymerize plastics, but its awesome at bonding. definitely a glue of choice at audio shops and hobbyists. you can get it at any hobby shop.

Try a glue called Plastiweld, made by Plastruct. You can find it in a local model/hobby shop.
