Headrest Monitors DIY

This was posted by a fellow member on the mazda6club.com forums. I thought it's a very nice guide so here ya go:

http://www.dxav.com/tutorials/headrest_install.html

-- He will also soon post some pictures of wiring the monitor etc. But after looking through that it made me think about throwing a few in my car as well!

nice, but doesnt look as good as it should, think that headrest is a bit small for the monitor, the mount isnt flush either. But its bookmarked, so thanks

I just installed headrest monitors in my Yukon today. Ran into a problem, there's no back plate in my rig (like in the install above) but at the same time, I couldn't get wireties in to hold the bezel because the monitor won't fit in it with the bands in the way.

It's just held in by prayer and pressure from the foam right now, hope it doesn't fall out.

It's gonna fall out.. Guaranteed.. Speaking from experience! I've relied on the same type of solutions all too often lately, and they dont work
