First Post.....and First Problem :)

Well first off I have been lurking for a while and must say that you all know your stuff!

I tried my first glass project today and am stuck on something.

I am building a sub box to fit in the trunk of my Acura TL-S.
I used the blue tape, tin foil......then I put 2 layers of glass on. It went fine, no problems....

When it was dry, I went to take it out......and it came right out!!! The problem is that so did the tape and tin foil. So I started to try to get the tape and foil off and can only get about 1/2 off. The rest seems to just be stuck. I have tried knives, xacto, etc.

Since I am planning on carpeting the box...should I even worry about it?
Just keep building the box on the inside?

Thanks
DTT

If nobody is going to see the foil, why worry ?

[TOMA]And for next time, I believe you can coat the foil with wax.[/TOMA]

Why do you want to kill toasters? I enjoy toast in the morning. Couldn't do that without my toaster

I cannot answer that....you don't want to know the answer...you cannot handle the answer.
