Ok, here's mine. They're not as nice as the ones in those pics though. Back in 2001 when I did it, it was considered pre-OEM. Heh.
Anyway, here ya go (all of these links are wheel-click friendly for Firefox users):

Well I'm not sure how cool it is, but here's the stock system/LCD install from the new C6 Corvette I just bought. I had been looking at these new Vettes and decided I couldn't afford one. But I liked the in-dash Navigation, XM, CD, blah blah blah. So, I found this website when I started investigating CarPuters for my 2001 C5 Corvette.
Anyway, long story short, after lurking for a while, I decided I could afford a 2005 C6 and scrapped the CarPuter idea temporarily. All that being said, on with the pics:
Enjoy.

BadAttitude

Not OEM, but nice custom screen installs for inspiration... http://www.sound-in-motion.com/installs/screens.html
Check out the 15.4" in a 2004 GMC Denali!

Here's Saab's Navigation-MP3-Radio system for the 9-5. Its too boring to steal any design ideas from and too expensive to purchase. Which is why I'm building my own system.

OEM Navigation on 2005 Infiniti G35. Motorized pop up... goes down when you turn off ignition and goes up when you turn it on if it was up when you turned it off... also tilts slightly to reduce glare... would have been perfect if it was a touch screen:
