I just bought one from 7thgencivic.com for $35 shipped and came with the ac controls.

oh well, no worries.
what year are you putting it in? have you read/heard anything about compatibility between the 05 and previous years? i have an 01 and haven't got to get under there to see if it's gonna fit perfectly yet.

too bad i just realized after posting those pictures... and ******* with my car attempting to put my 'new' dash bezel in...
that it's the WRONG ******* ONE! grrrr... the piece honda ordered for me is the exact same **** i have in my car right now.
