Golf mk5, remove center panel

I have a Golf mk5. Is there any "manual" online, where I can see how you remove the front (center) panel in the car? I also want to modify the buttons next to the "esp button". So I want a wire from the center panel and down to the buttons. This wire should go "inside" the panels, so itīs not visible. So I have to remove the panel around those 4 buttons to.
Anyone who can help me?

The panels in Golf mk5 are the same as in the Jetta mk5.
