FAQ Poll: How much did your car PC cost?
This comes up a lot. I decided a poll would be easy for people to answer and it would be a good addition to the FAQ Emporium for newbies.
If you want to post your system specs or some special reason why it costs more/less than the "average" system, please do so.
Please pick a single installation for the purposes of the poll. If you've installed two $1,000 systems, DON'T pick $2,000 as your system cost.
NOTE: I've set the option to show the user name and amount you chose in the poll. If you don't want your name and cost displayed, don't vote.

Too damn much, including the screen I need to buy (borrowing a friend's xenarc), it will be well over $1500 But it's well worth it

Would have been a lot more if not for all the developers, programmers, skinners, electrical gadget makers and posters/members with the needed advice and help on these forums.

If you're gonna pay more than $1500 for a system, why not just get something like a Pioneer Avic-D1 or N2?
I figure for mine, ~$700 including the screen I still don't have!!!
Peace,
Rafster
