blah blah blah, his parts are out of stock- doesnt anwer e-mails or phone calls...even honest ppl have their moments-Cancel any cc payments or dispute charges, that might get his attention.

Does he have a phonenumber? Great.

I've been trying to get hold of him for more than 3 months now. I've bought a powersupply, and the creditcard has been charged (May7th), but I've got no info about trackingnumber, shipping date, out-of-stock etc. And of course no powersupply!
I've posted on his forum, mailed him, but no, zero, zip, nada response!
If Armen doesn't give me any kind of feedback within 7 days, this is going as a fraud-report to my credit-card company!

I've had some monitor parts sent to him for quite some time now as well... I wrote him probably a month ago asking if he got them, he took forever to reply and when he did still didn't tell me how much he would charge.. so now I have a non functional monitor and no way to get it back. It would be nice to at least get the broken parts back so I can send them somewhere else...

I ordered a monitor stand from him about a month ago and still have not received it. He emailed me on 12/19 and said he shipped it that day and I should get it in a couple days and still nothing. Now he won't respond to my emails.
I realize it's only a $10 part but it is the last part I need to start my install.

Don't worry too much, $10 bucks is nothing... I've ordered US$350 dollars worth of stuff... I got one email back saying he lost the order and to reply with the items I ordered, he mentioned he received payment also. I replied with the order, no reply, no items, nothing.

I ordered on the 30 Oct 07 got a reply about 2 weeks later. I have received nothing since and sent about 10 emails, just requesting a status!

I also PM'd him on his forums and I get a read reply on my messages but no actual reply.

One man show or not, he clearly states on his site he will ship within 24 hours. What about people who don't have time to scroll the web searching for sites like this explaining he is a 'good bloke' and a one man show, obviously they would be extremely upset with his poor service.

I don't mind that it even takes him 6 months, but a reply would be appreciated, I mean how hard is it to send "I am busy I will send your order out next month"...

This is what it feel like for me at the moment -

Well, I finally received my order. It took a month and the best I can say is, at least I got it. I can understand being busy but lying in emails and not replying to them aint right.

I can see that Armen now has the powersupply I ordered in stock, but I've still got no shipping-info, mail or anything... And my money is still gone.
I'm quite confident that I've been ripped off, and that DigitalWW is a scam!
I just hope my US lawyers will make him pay eventually!

The credit card was charged May 7th 2007, and overseas shipping was supposed to take 4-6 weeks.

Sept 5th I got this reply to a my enquiry:

"Hi

No I don't have these in stock but will order one for you. Give me a

September 4th he said that he didn't know what happened with my order, but it never shipped.

All emails after this point have not been answered.
Great customerservice...

He will have to pay me what I've spent on this order + damages.

I can accept that it might take some time to deliver, but without any feedback for the last 4 months after it was established that the order was not shipped, I'm entitled to be angry!
It's stuff like this that gives online shopping a bad rep!
