Yes.. I too have had excellent support from him. We even did a cross shipment in 2 days each way. But that was summer of 2006. I'd love to hear from him.

It was an old 2006 thread that convinced me to order from DWW. But here in 2008, looks like he's nowhere to be found. No responses in several weeks, and since then I ordered the same monitor on eBay for about the same price and got it a couple days later. I'm filing a claim through PayPal today. I hope I see my $200 again.

Got the silent treatment for 2 weeks... Then filed a claim through PayPal and was issued a refund the next day. I guess somebody is still listening on the other end. Good luck to everyone else. Sorry it had to come to this, Armen. You've got to treat your customers better, though.

You know for someone who is such a nice guy, for him to just start blowing people off doesnt seem right...
Maybe something bad actually happened to him?

You're right...
I bought stuff and had my unit modded by him with no issues.
Just weird he is not even replying.

So funny a guy today ask me about the gps mouse on my rooftop.. I tell him all about carputers and he gets all excited... ask where to get the screen.. I bow my head in shame and tell him to fly to china with me.. i found the company that makes the DWW-750 FM. but it appears there is a minimum order of 100 units ($30-$40,000) investment. Perhaps he ran out of capitol?

Well, it wasn't PayPal that gave me a refund. As far as I can tell, they handled the complaint and then alerted me when Digital Worldwide issued a refund, so someone with a pulse must still be at the other end. I have no explaination, but I know where I won't bother doing business next time.

Is DigitalWW his only business, job, or does he have another one? I dont know how he runs his business, but it seems he is getting boged down. Isnt that the time to hire some1 else to help out? Maybe he is also unorganized, because he worries about quality so much.... The fact that some people are getting their stuff right away and others have to wait months, in my eyes, shows unorganization and chaos. I know alot of you people defend Armen, I personally have never ordered from the place, but it seems he really really needs help.... if anything, just have himself do the shipping, ordering and what not, and hire a second person to do all the RMAs and returns. If he is that flooded with orders, then hes obviously making enough money to hire some1 at least part time. You can only use the "He's a one man show for so long" excuse for so long, before driving away alot of business.
