Save it. The paypal thing is only good for 60 (or so) days. Paypal won't help you. I've ordered from Armen and had good luck and bad luck. The problem is that business transactions shouldn't involve any element of luck. Sounds like he needs to hire someone to help out.

Guess i should of did a search before i bought something from him. Last time i made a purchase was a few years back and it was smooth. I needed a remote for my lilliput and figured he was still in good standing..
Funny part is it looks like he logged on yesterday here....... hrmm.
Luckily i will only be out 10 bucks,,,, feel sorry for people who spent much more and are getting the run around...

He probably logs on to laugh at all us knobs who ordered off him, he would be sitting on quite a bit of money, just laughing it up because there is not a damn thing anyone can do about it...

I still never got my remote and he refuses to answer any emails. I reported it to paypal to investigate which they found in my favor but since there was no money in his account the refund failed. Be a man Armen and take care of your business, shut down your site!

Well I ordered in October last year and I haven't received my order, he emailed me 10 days after I ordered asking for my Order number and what I ordered, I replied promptly. I have heard or received nothing since, I have emailed back nearly every month since, with no reply. I asked for a refund, no reply.
So now you know even orders are not being received, and I think if you read this thread or his website, you will find many in a similar situation to me, even if he is SLOW, I dont think customers should have to find out off a forum...

For me it look like that this guy just transform his business to internet PayPal powered theft-ing. Someone should sue him or force him to close the page, maybe his provider ? I don't know ....

Wow what a jerk,, he just logged on a little over a week ago. But my messages and PM from over a month have been totally ignored. Paypal was a joke because he has no money in his account,,,, gonna still report to BBB.

Wow, I didnt know that was how PayApl worked. I thought they refund the money then fight the seller for the money....... Have you tried opening a dispute through your bank or credit card company, then have them battle paypal and inturn papypal fight Armen?

Yeah Paypal was a joke.. they told me that that agreed with me and they attempted to do a refund however he had no funds so it failed. Then they just closed the case and told me to contact him.
I dont know if I will deal with my bank. My purchase was only 10 bucks, so its not gonna kill me. But sometimes there is a point in the matter  Especially when people "steal" your money you worked for!
Now if i was a person who got burnt on an lcd or bigger purchase... ohhh i would be hot

He stole me more then 10 bucks :-( shame I'm in Europe ... to long distance to sue him or meet him in person. And who know how many other pplz. around world is waiting for their money or ordered items ... Even when i never see my money again his business should be closed, i don't believe that his actions are legal in USA and he can run his business like that.

Hello, could you please tell me what email did you write him to that got you a response? I ordered last December 2007 (order number 6771) a 619 lilliput 7 inch touchscreen. I never heard from Armen and never got my screen. It is such a shame because I had ordered from him in the past with no problems. I would liket o get my screen or a refund, because basically he stole $245 from me. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the email and contact info that you used in order to get your refund.
