I was finally able to get a response to my multiple PM's sent here. So I dont really have any other information on him.
I even referenced this thread telling him i hope he makes things right with other people.

His username should be banned on this forum as it is clear that he is a criminal.
My bank finally got around to refunding my money. Took a bit of loud speaking at the branch, they just wanted me to shut up before the other customers heard how the chargeback process is a royal PITA.

Well, although his feedback profile is far from perfect, it appears he is actually much more honest there than he was on his own site...
BTW: I am one of the very few people, who actually got what they ordered (although some parts arrived with quite a delay).

Got the silent treatment for 2 weeks... Then filed a claim through PayPal and was issued a refund the next day. I guess somebody is still listening on the other end. Good luck to everyone else. Sorry it had to come to this, Armen. You've got to treat your customers better, though.
