Hey,

I've got airride in my car, and would like to make everything visible and operating through my PC. I use centrafuse now as a frontend. Are there any add-ons or something like that i can just use? I don't have much experience in programming so building it myself will be really hard if i have to start from scratch...

thnx, Bart

question, how would you go about hooking up the air ride sensors. Do they hook to the analog input or digital?

Do the sensors have more than 2 discrete values? If so then how would a digital input work?

You need to use an analogue input.

now, i have a setup with simple 2 tanks, 4 airbags, a compressor, the airswitches and a display with 8 buttons on it and 4 digital gauges connected to a computer.

What i want to do, is put 4 2-way switches in my car, and make the pressure readable in centrafuse. If possible i would like to send signals to the airswitches, but that's not even really that important.

The normal switches will be so that I can adjust the rideheight even if I've got a problem with my PC, or if it hasn't started up yet (and I just have to move the car a few meters or so).

I will be using the dakota digital sensors.

are these the only senors that work with the FB? Im wanting to hook up five air sensors for my air ride. One for the tank, and the other four for the bags. I have to use the SEN-03-5 - Universal Pressure Sender with a 1/8" NPT fitting. Range: 0- 400 psi
Resolution: 2 psi How would I get the values to plug in?

sensor = input
relay = output

Okay so I hook all the sensors(5) to the analog inputs. The digital outputs of the FB I hook to the relays, then to the valves. would I be able to control the air ride system through the carputer( tell me how much air is in the tank and bags in psi)?would you be able to pushing the button in the program on the monitor to adjust the height of the car (leveling system)?

How would I go about doing the code for the configurator? how do you find the values in psi?. for my type of air ride, I have to use Dakota Digital #SEN-03-5 0 - 400 psi, Universal Pressure Sender / 1/8. For my setup I cant use the 0-150psi pressure sender. will this sender still work? The code on the first page, will that work for the 0-400psi pressure sender unit?

0 - 400 psi, Universal Pressure Sender / 1/8

Hi,

I guess you need some kind of device to hook everything up to a computer...

How, and where, can I get something like that? Or is there a scheme or something like that to make it myself ?
And, next step, can I get "standard" software that I can use in centrafuse ?? I have no idea where to start, please help....

grtz. Bart

just use the FB to hook to your computer to monitor and control the air suspension. Im not sure about centrafuse, I've never used the software. FB has it own software that you program and make what ever buttons you like it to do. I use streetdeck 2 for my frontend.
