The code is for the 150psi unit. If you use something else than you will need to calibrate it, or find a pre-done curve. If you find a predone curve, then you can plug it into Excel and get an equation easily.

how do I calibrate it? is there a pre-done curve? how did you get the code for the 150psi one?

You calibrate it by reading in values and comparing it to known values. So put the system at X psi, read in the value, and therefore that value = that psi. Change system to psi Y, then read in the value, and therefore that value = Y psi.
You have to look at the sensor datasheet to see if they already have a curve. More than likely one exists somewhere, probably in psi vs. resistance.
We got the code for the 150psi by doing exactly as I described above.

I see most people with gauges in their cars(Chrysler 300) run like 90-98 psi int the front 100-106 psi in the rear with the 400psi sensors. I only can use this sensor, so are the numbers above all psi or resistance?

The first number is the resistance you should see at the second number PSI.
In my excel spreadsheet, I took it to the third polynomial cause I started with three good points and got this equation:
y = 0.0035x^2 + 1.4409x - 14.099
The first set was added later after bugging the DD engineers for two weeks.

Yes this is what I came up with for the 400PSI sensor and I am no expert so someone else needs to verify it with the four coordinates provided above.
As far as I know, I'm the only one.

so your work in the car? Your able to see the pressure your sitting at? I dont have the sensor yet, will be getting soon. just want to make sure it works.
