head lisght control question

ok I have a simple question I want to use the FB to create a auto on/off for my headlamps however I want to keep the factory switch functional for any evens of PC outages

Hope this hasn't been covered.

Wire them in parallel, that way either can turn them on but both have to be off for it to be off.

So manual override will always work/

Once you put a relay on the output port, you can consider it like any other relay and wire it accordingly.

Headlight Auto-dimmer with FB & Lightsensor

2K1toaster

How can I use the light sensor and FB to automatically turn off the bright beam of my headlight when there's a car approaching?
